Complaint for counter staff at First World Hotel Worldcard Counter
Good afternoon,
i would like to submit a feedback on your counter staff at the First World Hotel Worldcard Centre staff Angel(i am not sure how it is spelt).
i reached Genting on the 29th of Oct and proceeded happily to the Worldcard counter at First World Hotel expecting to collect my vouchers you sent me previously in the email below.
To my horror, Angel informed me that since i registered via your website on the 22nd of Sept, i won't be eligible for the vouchers unless i registered on my birthday month itself, meaning i had to register in Oct to get my vouchers since my birthday is on the 30th of October.
i attempted to verify repeatedly as it sounded absurd but she confidently told me that i was not eligible for the vouchers, even after i reminded her that i received the email informing me to collect my vouchers.
Furthermore, when i told her i did not receive my worldcard via post, she replied curtly that it would be considered a replacement and was not apologetic with the situation.
i thought i was not fated with the vouchers and decided to leave then.
before i left genting on the 31st of october, i went to the counter once again to get my replacement card.
a guy attended to me this time. he assisted to replace my card with a smile and gave me the two vouchers without question.
i was shocked as i was just about to board the coach back, and would no longer be able to utilise the voucher, thus wasting it.
with this incident, i would like to point out that your counter staff Angel is a very unhelpful person and is not conscientious with helping customer enquiries.
she was not meticulous enough to help me to check and ask around before simply telling me that i would not get the vouchers.
i am very unhappy and am starting to think that this email is simply a gimmick to lure customers to Genting without receiving the vouchers in the end.
i fear that such a staff would be detrimental to your company's name and reputation.
i would gladly accept any explanation with regards to this.

On a happier note, deardear bought me this coin pouch from Genting!

i was hesitant on whether i should buy it since it was the last piece on display, so i decided to visit the washroom first.
when i walked back to the booth, it was GONE!! i was filled with regret at that time and complained to Dear that i hate the person who bought it.
he simply snickered happily.
the next day, on my birthday, he gave the pouch to me!
secretive him got his mum to buy it from the stall while he escorted me to the toilet =P
sneaky yet forever sweet fella hehe ^^
i love love love this piece so much =)

unfortunately, there was a minor stain at the bottom which i failed to notice before throwing it into the washing machine last night.

thus, i am not eligible for an exchange.
it is not very obvious though, thus i'll stick to this piece =)
